HRD&GA Supervisor

Kualifikasi :
Uraian pekerjaan:

Pengaturan Mobil Operasional (monitoring BBM, Tol, Parkir, Maintanance, scheduling, Insurance, claim)
Monitoring biaya air bersih, air mineral, listrik, telepon, dll.
Perijinan : ijin domisili, peraturan perusahaan, expatriate, wajib lapor.
Perhitungan lembur, tunjangan transportasi
Administrasi Absensi, cuti dan ijin tidak masuk.

Persyaratan:

Pria
Pendidikan Min S1 (Hukum)
Pengalaman min 3 thn dibidang yang sama.
Teliti dan tegas.
Memahami tentang peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
Memiliki pengalaman mengatur tugas-tugas driver, security, dan office boy, serta sudah terbiasa berhubungan dengan driver, security, dan office boy.
Bekerja keras dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Menangani dan mengontrol secara efektif tugas General Affair
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi, menyukai tantangan, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan secara cepat, detail, proaktif, analitis, dan mampu menangani multi-tasking penugasan GA terkait.
Memiliki Kejujuran dan Integritas yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaannya.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Requirements:

S1 / S2 in Accounting background and experiences
Having strong behavior and teamwork. High skill with experience in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury, Management Information System, Internal Control, Contract & Procurement, Tax and Legal
Having knowledge in the job description details as below :

Financial Accounting:

To manage efficiently the monthly closing of monetory and accounting transaction. To prepare Financial Statement in accordance with statutory requirement and legal requirement. To ensure the accuracy and the timelines of financial information. To liaise with auditors on the preparation on Audit Financial Statement.

Cost Accounting :

To coordinate the preparation of annual Operational Plan (forecast / budget). To prepare monthly management report and highligth to management any significant variances. To ensure the accuracy and timelines of costing information.

Management Accounting :

To coordinate the preparation monthly and quarterly management information. To provide analysis and to assist management team in making decision and in taking corrective action.

Treasury :

To protect the financial assests of the company. To manage working capital and cash flow position. To liaise with banks on all banking related issues.

Internal Control :

To have a proper documentation of system & procedures of internal control. To ensure proper internal control are in place.

Tax and Legal :

To have a proper documentation of tax compliance procedures. To ensure tax compliance in order to minimize tax risks. To liaise with tax auditor on the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns. To coordinate with corporate secretary on all corporate related matters.
