- Minimum Diploma in secretary/Business administaration/Public Realtions
- Computer literate (Ms word, excel, powerpoint)
- Ability to proactively arrange meeting, travel & acommodation, managing organization schedules
- Ability to maintain communication (phone, fax, email), organize documents, files & other records
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Pleasant personality, open mind & easily adapted
- Able to start immediately
